1. Who stands behind this site
glintmyth.com is published by Marie-Ève Côté, a private individual at 4 Meadowbank Rd, Cornwall, PE C0A 1H0, Canada, reachable on +1 902-368-7223 and at editorial@glintmyth.com. There is no company and no staff; one person writes, edits and maintains everything published here.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
This is an independent editorial site about mobile games on the theme of desserts, candy and fruit. It describes a small number of titles, compares them and says plainly what each one is like to play.
It is not a shop. Nothing is sold from these pages, no order can be placed here, there is no basket, no subscription and no account. It is not a storefront, a reseller, a broker or a distributor for anyone. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Google, Google Play, Flipline Studios, ZeptoLab, 7 Hits Games, or any other developer, publisher or brand mentioned anywhere on this site. Every brand name appears for identification only.
3. Editorial figures and where they come from
Store price, average rating, review count, developer name and package identifier are copied from the Google Play listing for Canada as it read on the date shown on the front page. They are reproduced without rounding or adjustment. Those figures belong to the storefront and change on its schedule, not mine: the listing itself is always the authority, and a figure here may be out of date by the time you read it.
The score in the last column of the comparison table is an editorial opinion of mine and nothing more. It carries no endorsement, no guarantee of enjoyment and no promise about how a title will perform on your handset.
4. Intellectual property
The written text, the comparison table, the page design, the mark and the site name are mine and are protected by the Copyright Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42. You may quote a short passage with a visible link back to the page it came from. Republishing a page in whole, or reusing the text to train or populate another site, requires my written permission first.
Screenshots of games remain the property of their respective rights holders. They are reproduced here at small size, unaltered other than by cropping, purely to identify the title being discussed and to illustrate the commentary around it. No claim of ownership over them is made or implied. A rights holder who would rather a particular image were not shown can write to the address in section 1, and it will be taken down promptly and without argument.
5. Purchases happen in Google Play, not here
Each title described on this site is obtained inside Google Play, using the Google account of the person installing it. The store shows the price, issues the receipt and applies its own rules to any refund; refunds are handled by Google Play and cannot be arranged through me. I take no commission on any listing named here, hold no reseller relationship with the store, and never see or store card details, because this site holds no forms at all.
Prices shown here are those displayed on Google Play Canada on the date stated on the front page and may change without notice. Optional in-app items, where a listing declares them, are handled entirely by the store on the same terms. Your rights as a consumer in Prince Edward Island under the Consumer Protection Act, RSPEI 1988, c. C-19, apply to that store transaction and are not affected by anything written here.
6. No warranty
These pages are offered as they stand. I take care to be accurate and to correct errors quickly, but I do not warrant that the content is complete, current or free of mistakes, that a described feature still exists in a later build of a game, or that a page will always be reachable without interruption. Nothing here is professional advice of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent Prince Edward Island law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site, from reliance on a figure that the storefront has since changed, or from a decision to obtain a game after reading about it here. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
8. How these pages may be used
Read them, print them, link to them, quote them briefly. Do not attempt to interfere with the site's availability, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service for other readers, to present its text as your own, or to use its name or mark in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.
9. Complaints, and what to do before going to court
If something here is wrong, unfair or infringes your rights, write to editorial@glintmyth.com with the address of the page, a description of the problem and what you would like done about it. I acknowledge every such message within five business days and give a substantive answer within thirty days. Please use this route first: most corrections take minutes once someone points them out, and both sides are spared a formal proceeding.
10. Governing law and forum
These terms and any dispute arising from this site are governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province. The courts of Prince Edward Island have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection under the Consumer Protection Act, RSPEI 1988, c. C-19, that entitles a reader to bring proceedings where they live.
11. Changes
These terms may be rewritten as the site changes. The in-force date at the top is updated on the day any change is published, and the version on this page is always the one that applies.
